Shipping Policy

Orders usually ship within 2-4 business days of the order being placed. I do not ship on the weekends or holidays.

*Free shipping on orders over $200 CAD after all applied discounts is for Canadian buyers only. These orders are shipped via Standard non-tracked mail service.

Local pickup is available in Ottawa, ON, Canada

ADDRESS INFORMATION

Buyers are responsible for providing me with a correct and complete shipping address. If your shipping address is different from your billing address, please specify this during checkout.

The shipping address is copied onto the package as is, and I am not responsible for any spelling mistakes that may cause non-delivery. Therefore, please double-check the shipping address during checkout.

Domestic (Canada)

  Expedited Parcel  1-7 business days

  Xpresspost  1-2 business days

  Priority  Next business days

International shipping

Estimated shipping times:

  Small Packet International - Surface or Air

  - Air: 6-10 business days

  - Surface: 1-3 months

  International Parcel - Surface or Air

  - Air: 12+ business days

  - Surface: 1-3 months

  Tracked Packet - International  6-10 business days

  Xpresspost - International  4-7 business days

- Business days refer to weekdays - Monday through Friday;

- Canadian legal holidays are not counted as business days;

- You are responsible for any taxes, duties and fees associated with your order. The delay or failed delivery is often caused by the policy of different customs. Therefore, please check your local customs policy carefully before purchase. I can not be responsible for any failed delivery that was related to the destination customs issue;

- Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. I can not be responsible for any delays caused by post services and customs;
