Refund Policy

I offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return.

If you choose to return an item, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact me. If your return is accepted, I’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues


I pack items very thoroughly for delivery, but if you receive your item damaged in transit, please contact me the same day so that I may resolve the problem. Please be sure to check your package upon delivery, as I can not accept claims after 2 days of receipt. Pictures of the damaged package and damaged product are required before any refunds (shipping costs are not refunded).

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom orders (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch with me if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, I can not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges

I do not accept exchanges (shipping fees are not refundable).

I have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of my products that appear at the store. I cannot guarantee that your computer or mobile device monitor's display of any colour will be accurate. Therefore, if you have any questions about a product you like, feel free to contact me before making a purchase.

 

Refunds

I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and I will let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
